Customer Notes
"I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how impressed I have been with your products as well as your service and attention to detail. I came across your site on-line while looking for curtains and since then I have placed 4 orders in the last month. I keep coming back for more. The products are beautiful, reasonably priced and they are packed with care and usually at my door within 48 hours. I just wanted to let you know that as someone who does a lot of on-line shopping your company is hands down the best I have found. Thank you and keep up the good work. "

More than 200 years ago, Lt. Moses Willard gave up the life of a soldier and took up the tools of a master tinsmith. Every hand-turned piece of wood, every decorative snip of tin and every careful stroke of paint reflected the skill and resourcefulness of this gentle, gifted man.

The following collection is dedicated to Lt. Moses Willard's vision of natural simplicity and handcrafted excellence. Many of the chandeliers you'll see here are made in the same fashion as they were 200 years ago. Discover what the craftsmanship of the past can add to the country home of today.
Browse our collection of Early American, Colonial, Country and Folk Art style wood-turned chandeliers with distressed black painted iron arms and drip candle sleeves.

Lt. Moses Chandeliers can be used in almost any room of the house.  Of course they look perfect over your kitchen or dining room table, but they can also be used in the foyer, hallway, bathroom, over the kitchen sink, even in a primitive style bedroom.

Choosing the Right Size Chandelier:

*If the room is smaller than 10'x10', a 17" to 20" diameter chandelier is right
*If the room is about 12'x12', a 20" to 27" chandelier would look right.
*If the room is about 14'x14', choose a 24" to 36" diameter chandelier.
*A chandelier should hang about 30" from the surface of the table to insure no bumped heads and good illumination.
*A chandelier should be about 12" narrower than the width of the table over which it hangs.
