I've placed multiple orders during this busy holiday season. Each order processed as requested and was received in a matter of a few days. There was one item in one of my orders that unfortunately got damaged in shipping. When I called, customer service answered the call-no hold time. I described the item and how it came damaged. The gal looked up my order and stated she would have a replacement sent to me the next business day. I offered to return the damaged item or send a photo of the damaged item and she stated that wasn't necessary. Excellent customer service, backing up terrific products. Sure wish there were more companies appreciative to the customers supporting them....like Piper Classics does!! Fine job-Merry Christmas.
