Canceling or Changing an Order
We know you appreciate quick shipping. When an order has been entered into our system we begin to process it immediately, therefore we cannot make changes or cancel orders.
Out of Stock or Back Ordered Items
We make every effort to keep our items in stock. However, occasionally, some items become temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock you will see an “out of stock” box and you will not be able to add that item to your shopping basket. Most out of stock items will be available within 1 to 3 weeks. To receive email notification that the item is available, enter your email address in the box provided.
Some of our items are able to be backordered. If an item is backordered it will be indicated on the product description page. Orders placed for backordered items will receive priority shipment as soon as the product becomes available. You will be charged for the item when the order is placed
6% sales tax is required and collected for orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses.
In-stock merchandise ships the next business day!
We carry most items in inventory so we can ship your items without delay. Most purchases leave our Pennsylvania warehouse within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship out Monday morning. (Our shipping department is closed on weekends & major US holidays.) Some of our items are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may require longer shipping times. Please see the product description for approximate shipping times. Large orders, or orders which include items shipped directly from our suppliers, will arrive in multiple boxes.
If you live within the continental US you’ll have the choice of Standard Delivery (3-8 business days) or Fed Ex Home Delivery (1-5 business days). Home Delivery provides delivery service Tuesday through Saturday.
Deliveries to P.O. Box are shipped via Fed Ex Smart Post or the USPS, choose Standard Delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and APO addresses are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location. See Shipping Charts
Free Shipping Promotions
Free Shipping coupon offers apply to Standard Shipping only and is valid only for orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Orders sent via Fed Ex Home Delivery, or to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories do not qualify for this promotion.
Customs & Duties
Canadian import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price, or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. These charges are normally collected by the delivery freight (shipping) company and are the responsibility of the customer. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We work hard to bring you products that have the right mix of style and quality at comfortable prices that fit your budget. We’re proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return your purchase to us. We will gladly refund your purchase up to 60 days after the order date.
Special Order Items: Please note that there is a restocking fee on some Special Order items and other Special Order items are ineligible for returns. See below for more information.
To make a return, simply indicate which items you are returning in the Returns column on the packing slip you received with your merchandise. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to make a copy of the form and keep it for your records. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.
Products must be returned in their original condition and inner packaging (For Example – any inner box or the plastic sleeve on a curtain, etc). Please inspect your item to make sure it is free from pet hair or cigarette smoke and repack your returns carefully. Refunds on returns will not be given on items that are not returned in resellable condition or have been damaged due to poor return packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your returned items.

We make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. You can expect to see a refund within 3 – 5 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed. Orders placed with a credit card will receive a refund to your original credit card. Orders placed via PayPal will receive a refund to your PayPal account. Orders placed with a gift certificate will be returned to the original gift certificate. Your refund amount may be adjusted if a coupon was applied to your original order.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Special Order Items
Some items such as special order quilted bedding, and many of our braided rugs, have a restocking fee if you choose to return them. Due to the special order nature of these items, there will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your refund, except in the case of defective merchandise. Other Special Order items, such as the Vinyl Floorcloths are Final Sale and may not be returned per the policy of the manufacturer. Any item that is subject to the 15% restocking fee or Final Sale will be noted as such in the product information. Please call for a swatch so that we can assist you in purchasing the correct item!
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We do our best to make sure that your purchase arrives at your door in excellent condition! However, occasionally things happen. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective merchandise please call our customer service department at 1-888-766-7925. We will replace it immediately or issue a refund in full.
Please save your packaging. We may ask you to repack the item so our shipper can pick it up and return it to our warehouse.
All pricing on our website and in the Piper Classics catalog are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate up-to-date information, occasionally one or more items on our website or in our catalog may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Piper Classics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PiperClassics.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PiperClassics.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
