Byers' Choice Caroler - The popular Cries of London Series, Girl Selling Lace - 2007 Series. Ribbon and lace vendors were common in the streets of London around the warehouses that sold fabrics to their well-to-do patrons. The vendors carried an assortment of ribbons, laces and trims that represented the colors and fashions of the season.

Joyce Byers started making a unique collection of handcrafted figures in the late 1960’s that has become know as Byers’ Choice Carolers. Pennsylvania artisans create unique character and personality in each figure using a variety of techniques and materials appropriate to the varied seasons of the year.
