This chair ships directly from our supplier to your home by freight truck. Standard freight delivery policy provides for curbside delivery. It may be helpful to have assistance available when your chair is delivered. Typically the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time.
You will be asked to sign for the shipment, indicating your receipt of the chair. Please carefully inspect the carton for damages prior to signing. You may refuse the delivery if you discover any damage to the chair. Although rare, any shipping damage will be the responsibility of the freight carrier.
