We’re proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return your purchase to us. We will gladly refund your unused purchase up to 60 days after the order date.
Special Order Items: Please note that there is a restocking fee on some Special Order items and other Special Order items are ineligible for returns. See below for more information.
Products must be returned in their Original Condition and must be Re-Packed in their inner packaging or plastic sleeve. Please inspect your item to make sure curtains, bedding, and other fabric items are Clean and Unwashed. All return items must be Unused and Free from Pet Hair or Cigarette Smoke. Repack your returns carefully.
Refunds will not be given on items that are not able to be resold because they have been used or washed, or which have been damaged due to poor return packaging.
To make a return, simply indicate which items you are returning in the Returns column on the packing slip you received with your merchandise. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to make a copy of the form and keep it for your records. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your returned items.

We make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. You can expect to see a refund within 3 – 5 business days after we receive your returned merchandise. You will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed. Orders placed with a credit card will receive a refund to your original credit card. Orders placed via PayPal will receive a refund to your PayPal account. Orders placed with a gift certificate will be returned to the original gift certificate. Your refund amount may be adjusted if a coupon was applied to your original order.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Special Order Items
Some items such as special order quilted bedding, and many of our braided rugs, have a restocking fee if you choose to return them. Due to the special order nature of these items, there will be a 15% restocking fee subtracted from your refund, except in the case of defective merchandise. Other Special Order items, such as the Vinyl Floorcloths are Final Sale and may not be returned per the policy of the manufacturer. Any item that is subject to the 15% restocking fee or Final Sale will be noted as such in the product information. Please call for a swatch so that we can assist you in purchasing the correct item!
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We do our best to make sure that your purchase arrives at your door in excellent condition! However, occasionally things happen. If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective merchandise please call our customer service department at 1-888-766-7925. We will replace it immediately or issue a refund in full.
Please save your packaging. We may ask you to repack the item so our shipper can pick it up and return it to our warehouse.
