There is something so special about this brushed cotton fabric that is soft and cozy, yet lightweight and breathable! The warm gray base is accented with rich brown, honey gold, and buttermilk plaid in a comfortable, repeating pattern on both the front and back of the duvet. Plaid has a way of looking tailored and smart, while maintaining a homespun air that we find irresistible. The top edge of the cover is embellished with a generous 18″ of plush velvet in honey-gold that brings lush elegance and touchable luxury to the bedding. So soft! So gorgeous! The combination of fabrics elevates your farmhouse bedroom to the next level with simple sophistication. Cotton velvet is surprisingly durable, offering easy-going opulence with a deluxe, “touch-me” style that ages beautifully with time. Our Morning Meadow Plaid Duvet Cover is made of 100% cotton.

The duvet cover has an opening equipped with clear buttons (1.0″) that are hidden under the flap. Two extra buttons are “sewn- in”, just in case. There are six twill tape ties, one on each corner and one in the center of both the top and bottom of the cover, for securing the insert and keeping it from shifting or bunching up. Crushed honey-gold velvet is sewn across the top front and back of the bedding with a flange edge of 1.5″ overhang, where the velvet and plaid meet, for a finely finished look.
