Piper Classics Returns Policy
Effective April 2025
We hope you love everything you order from Piper Classics. Our team puts great care into selecting and describing each item so that you know exactly what to expect. If you’re unsure about a fabric, rug, or floorcloth, we encourage you to request a swatch before ordering—we offer them for most of our fabric-based products as well as many of our rugs and floorcloths.
We understand that sometimes a product may not work out. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
✅ Return Eligibility
- Items must arrive at our facility within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging (plastic sleeves, tags, etc.) must be included
- Items must be free of pet hair, odors (like perfume or smoke), or damage
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
? Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final Sale and Made-to-Order items (e.g., Floorcloths)
- Washed, used, damaged, or altered items
- Returns received more than 14 days after delivery
Final sale items are clearly noted in product descriptions and are not eligible for return or store credit.
? How to Return Your Items
- Indicate which items you’re returning on your original packing slip
- Repack items carefully in original or equivalent protective packaging
- Include the packing slip inside the box
- Use a shipping method with tracking and insurance (recommended)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
? Store Credit Processing
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is processed
- Store credit is linked to the email address used at checkout or on your account
- Log into your account to view and apply your credit at any time
- Store credit never expires
- Partial credit balances remain for future use
- You can choose to use or skip store credit at checkout
? Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please email [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund if it’s no longer available.
Keep the original packaging, as it may be needed for return shipping arrangements.
